When Hyatt's Thompson Hotels renovated a classic property along New York's Billionaire's Row, the GM reached out to me to create the narrative for prospective guests. Immersing myself in the history and storied locale steps from Central Park and Carnegie Hall, I drew a cohesive line around the new design, new guest room levels, and food and drink.
