In an industry where many products have become commoditized, Citi saw client experience as a key differentiator and asked our team to create an explainer video to tell their story. But to make its debut at an upcoming Client Advisory Board meeting and as a highlight at the firm's Investor Day, the script and team resources had to be tightly focused during our rapid 30-day turn.
