A first-of-its-kind destination, life here centers on an endless surf lagoon, complemented by surf casita residences, villas on the boardwalk, an extensive collection of amenities, and a golf course that winds its way down to a private beach club.
I developed the brand voice and narrative storytelling for the website, translating an ambitious vision into an evocative story with a clear sense of place, lifestyle, and purpose — rooted in the property’s history and family legacy.
