Following my experience writing conversational dialog for a healthcare-focused AI chatbot for the Palo Alto startup HealthTap, I was invited to rework the language across the entire user experience for CoPilot, an AI-assisted car shopping app. 
I essentially created a new brand voice with a benefit-oriented conversational tone. In addition to making the process feel easy, fun, and personal, I was tasked with shortening interactions where possible with an affirmative, authoritative stance to get more done in fewer bubbles and interactions.
The voice needed to “sound like it’s coming from a non-car person” who is knowledgeable but with a friendly vibe to get the user to feel at ease with someone on her side.
The result? “I love it! It now makes our visitors stick with us and keep reading…"
